Chloé Yap, born & raised on the Island of Maui, works for the Maui Economic Development Board's STEMworks education and workforce development program, following her graduation from Pacific University with a degree in Psychology. Returning home with a strong desire to contribute to her community, she now plays a crucial role in preparing the next generation for the challenges of tomorrow. Through her dedication, Chloé is helping to foster a resilient and skilled workforce in Maui and the greater Hawai'i community, reflecting her commitment to local growth and innovation. Her participation in the ‘Oiwi Leadership Accelerator Program marks a significant step forward in her mission to nurture and develop leadership and innovation within Hawai’i.
