Neil launched Hoʻokele Strategies LLC to engage inspiring wayfinders in building a thriving society by adopting a holistic view of wealth. He had a 41-year career with Kamehameha Schools, where he managed 358,000 acres of agriculture and conservation lands and founded the First Nations Futures Program and Hawaiʻi Investment Ready. Neil graduated from Kamehameha Schools and earned BA and MA degrees from Stanford University, where he was named to the Multi-Cultural Hall of Fame.   Community service:  Hawaiʻi Commission on Water Resource Management, Mauna Kea Stewardship and Oversight Authority, Polynesian Voyaging Society, Hawaiʻi Land Trust, Aloha Kuamoʻo ʻĀina, Hawaiʻi Investment Ready, Awaiaulu, and Nā Kūpaʻa o Kūhiō.
