Rebecca was born and raised on Oʻahu, with ancestral roots connecting back to Waiheʻe, Maui, Massachusetts, the Azores, East Asia, and throughout Europe. Rebecca has worked both in the public and private sectors in and around housing, homelessness, civil rights, immigration, health access, environmental protection, and small business advocacy. An attorney, entrepreneur, and aspiring farmer, Rebecca currently leads a family of businesses working in community-based planning, market research, and policy development.
