Stacy Ferreira

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Office of Hawaiian Affairs

Stacy Kealohalani Ferreira is the Chief Executive Officer (Ka Pouhana) of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA), where she leads the implementation of Mana i Mauli Ola, OHA’s ambitious 15-year strategic plan to improve the well-being of Native Hawaiians. This visionary blueprint is grounded in four transformative directions: education pathways, health outcomes, quality housing, and economic stability, aligned to uplift generations through the framework of Hoʻoulu Lāhui Aloha (Raise a Beloved Lāhui). An advocate for Hawaiian justice, Stacy is deeply committed to securing the fair pro rata share of revenues derived from the Hawaiian Kingdom’s Crown and Government Lands, ensuring the protection and respectful treatment of iwi kūpuna, and returning ʻāina to Native Hawaiian stewardship as a foundation for the pursuit of Ea, self-determination, and sovereignty. Her work has been marked by a strong focus on fiscal discipline, operational efficiency, and systemic reform, including trauma-informed care and improvements to the Department of Education and child welfare services.
