Kuʻulani Keohokalole (she/her/ʻo ia) established People Strategies Hawaiʻi in 2019 with the vision of growing the capacity of organizations to foster community-minded and people-oriented leaders. She trains, consults, and supports organizations across sectors and industries who are looking to transform around the ways they engage people to achieve their mission. Kuʻulani was grounded in the traditional Native Hawaiian cultural practice of ho`oponopono by her grandmother, who was a community-based practitioner. The art of reconciliation, and making things right, guides her approach to facilitation and consultation with organizations
Kuʻulani holds a B.A. in Ethnic Studies and Women’s Studies from UH Mānoa, an M.A. in Education Leadership, Politics and Advocacy from New York University, and an Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting & Change Leadership from Georgetown University. She serves on the board of directors for Parents And Children Together (PACT), the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA), and The Catalight Foundation.
May Bartlett is a facilitator, Master Certified Coach, and the curriculum lead at Solvable, with a master’s degree in East/West psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies and an Undergraduate degree in philosophy from The University of Utah. She guides groups and individuals through the inner work needed to transform worldviews and ways of being in service of dismantling structures of systemic harm and expanding future possibilities. She focuses her work and learning on implementing human change theories and cultural ontologies that support right relationships with self, each other, and the planet. May lives in her desert home, Salt Lake City, Utah where she was born and raised. She’s lucky to be surrounded by the love of her husband, new baby, and deep community of extended family and friends.
